1. Definitions and Interpretation

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be terminated.

2.3 Registration Information

3. Account Security and Identity Verification

3.1 Password and Login Security

The member is responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with any third party. If the member suspects unauthorised use of their account, they must notify the ozwin365 support team immediately. If account details are exposed due to the member's own negligence, the member bears full responsibility.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

ozwin365 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For verification, the member may be required to provide a copy of their national identity card, passport or driving licence, and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until KYC is completed.

3.3 Payment Method Verification

When making a withdrawal request, the member may be required to prove that the payment method used for the deposit belongs to them. Ownership verification of a bKash, Nagad or Rocket account may be required.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on ozwin365 are currently available via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below the minimum amount will not be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After verification is complete, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If account verification is not complete or a review is needed, processing may take longer.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals using an account belonging to anyone other than the member are prohibited. If an attempt to transact through a third party is detected, the account may be suspended for investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ozwin365 may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳2,000 and the total balance will be ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

ozwin365 provides various promotional offers on a weekly, monthly and special-occasion basis. Each offer has its own terms, minimum deposit and wagering requirements. Before claiming any bonus or offer, its specific terms should be read carefully.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts, placing coordinated bets or using any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the account may be terminated.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period, which is stated in the offer details. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, a bet cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless the event is cancelled or postponed. If an event is cancelled, ozwin365 will settle the bet according to the applicable rules. Specific game rules apply for betting on events including cricket and football.

6.2 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical fault occurs during a game session, ozwin365 reserves the right to void the round concerned and refund the bet amount.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

For certain game categories or games played with bonus funds, a maximum win limit may apply. This limit will be stated in the specific terms of the relevant bonus or game.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ozwin365:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting any technical fault or vulnerability in the Platform.
• Using an account for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Using another member's account or stealing their information.
• Attempting to bypass the Platform's security measures.
• Systematically coordinating the use of promotional offers for abuse.
• Colluding with other members to influence betting outcomes.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, ozwin365 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by ozwin365

ozwin365 may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspicious transaction activity; failure to cooperate with the identity verification process; or due to legal or regulatory requirements. After investigating the circumstances of a suspended account, ozwin365 will communicate a final decision.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw eligible balances will be provided before the account is closed; however, bonuses whose conditions have not been met will be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

ozwin365 makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues or unforeseen events. In such circumstances, ozwin365 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss.

Members make their own decisions to place bets and are solely responsible for any financial loss that results. Participating in gambling carries financial risk, and members are considered to be aware of this risk when they participate.
